• Mixed-used space, ideal for private events or off-site meetings
• Central Capitol Hill location near Pine/Pike corridor with dozens of nearby food and drink options
  (1000 E Madison Street, Seattle, WA 98122. Across from Seattle University, just east of the iHop on Madison.)
• Approximately 1200 sq ft, fits 50 people comfortably indoors + Partially-covered outdoor space
• Food trucks available on site (additional charge negotiated through the food truck)
• Available for daytime or evening usage
• Full bar w/stools, sink, water cooler, free WiFi, stereo/speakers, bar tables & stools, and additional folding tables available.
• NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES to bring in your own alcohol, food, catering or other services, etc.
• Bring in your own bartender (or ask us – we can refer you to 3rd-party bartender/bar services)
• Rate: $150/hr, minimum 4 hour, includes a host to open/close. + cleaning fee. We offer a 15 min grace period on either end to set-up and tear-down, if you need additional time, please include that time in your booking request.
• Availability: 24/7 depending on availability. Additional fees may apply for bookings that end between 3am-7am. Certain holidays (NYE, Christmas, etc) may have a higher hourly rate or longer minimum hours. 
• Please inquire about visiting the space ahead of time if you’d like to see if it’s a good fit. Generally weekdays between 10-3 are available for viewings.
